Benjamin Kopjanski Honored at Randolph-Macon Academy's Annual Awards Night

2016 Jul 11

Benjamin Kopjanski of Boston, an eighth grade student at Randolph-Macon Academy, received the World History, Physical Science, and Physical Education 8 Outstanding Student Certificates at R-MA's annual Middle School Awards Night on June 1, 2016. In each discipline the faculty have selected students to receive these certificates who demonstrate outstanding mastery of the material-through their written work, their participation in class discussions and activities, and their success in achieving high marks. Ben won two more awards for the evening as well, the first being the Aim High Award, which is presented to one girl and one boy of the eighth grade class who best demonstrated character, scholarship, and positive leadership throughout the year. These students aimed high, set goals, and worked hard to achieve them for their entire middle school career. Ben also received the Principal's List Award for maintaining a 3.5-3.99 GPA for the entire school year.

Ben is the son of Melanie Kopjanski of Boston.
