Benjamin Kopjanski Inducted into National English Honor Society at Randolph-Macon Academy

Benjamin Kopjanski of Boston, Virginia, a sophomore at Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA), was inducted into R-MA's chapter of the National English Honor Society in November of 2017. Ben is the son of Melanie Kopjanski of Boston, Virginia.

To be selected for the National English Honor Society, a student must have completed at least one semester of Honors or AP English and earned at least a grade point average of 3.5, including an average of at least 3.7 in Honors and AP English courses. The student must also have attended R-MA for at least one semester and display exemplary conduct and honor.

Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA), founded in 1892, is a college-preparatory, coeducational boarding school for students in grades 6 through 12. Students in grades 9-12 participate in R-MA's 91st Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC), which is currently recognized as an Outstanding Unit. R-MA is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and is located in Front Royal, VA.
