Dennis Ponn Receives Award at Randolph-Macon Academy Middle School

Dennis Ponn was recognized for outstanding achievements and contributions at Randolph-Macon Academy Middle School's end-of-year awards ceremony held June 5, 2013. Ponn, who is the son of Lori and Ward Ponn of Marshall , received the Outstanding Mastery Award in English 8 Composition & Grammar and in Beginning Brass & Woodwinds. He also received the Principal's Educational Achievement Award, the National Geographic Society Bee Medal and Certificate, and the Student Council Association Certificate. He was an eighth grade student at R-MA Middle School during the 2012-13 school year.
