Gillian Rydholm Receives Recognition at Randolph-Macon Academy's 2017 Class Night

During Randolph-Macon Academy's prestigious Class Night Awards ceremony on May 25, 2017, the top students were recognized. Gillian Rydholm of Front Royal, the daughter of Paul and Jennifer Rydholm of Front Royal, VA, received the Journalism Medal . The academic medal is the highest honor and recognition a department can assign. Gillian also won The Daughters of the American Colonists Award, which is sponsored by the National Society Daughters of the American Colonists, Col. William Byrd Chapter. It is awarded to a junior with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and who displays the high ideals of character, leadership, and citizenship.

Gillian was a junior at the Academy during the 2016-17 school year.
