Ian Richardson Receives Honors at Randolph-Macon Academy

Randolph-Macon Academy held a special ceremony on November 6, 2010 during Fall Family Weekend to recognize student achievement. Cadet Ian Richardson, the son of Kevia Richardson of Hyattsville, was awarded the Bogart Family Scholarship and the C. Spencer Godfrey '54 Scholarship. Ian is a junior at the Academy.

The Bogart Family Scholarship is provided to a deserving and hard-working student with high potential.

Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA), founded in 1892, is a college-preparatory, coeducational boarding school for students in grades 6 through 12. Students in grades 9-12 participate in R-MA's 91st Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC), which is currently recognized as an Outstanding Unit. R-MA is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and is located in Front Royal, VA.
