Jacob Dodson Receives Scholarship at Randolph-Macon Academy

Jacob Allen Dodson, the son of Frank and Carol Dodson of Front Royal, was awarded The R-MA Alumni Association Scholarship and The Rick '58 & Barbara Frisbie Foreign Language Scholarship at Randolph-Macon Academy's Scholarship Recognition Ceremony held on November 22, 2014.

The Randolph-Macon Academy Alumni Association Scholarship was established in 1993. It is awarded to outstanding students who are a direct descendant of or relation to an R-MA alumnus. The Rick ’58 and Barbara Frisbie Foreign Language Scholarship recognizes a student who has exhibited excellence in the area of foreign language and has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills both in and out of the classroom. The scholarship recipient must attend R-MA for at least one year prior to receiving the scholarship and English must be their first language. Mr. and Mrs. Rick Frisbie ’58 generously donated the funds to establish this scholarship.
