Jacob Gehly Inducted Into National Junior Honor Society

Jacob Gehly of Front Royal, the son of Art and Mary Gehly of Front Royal, was inducted into Randolph-Macon Academy's chapter of the National Junior Honor Society at a special ceremony conducted November 20, 2015, during the Academy's Fall Family Day. A student must maintain a cumulative GPA above 3.7, perform community service, and display evidence of achievement in knowledge, leadership, character and service to be inducted into this honor society.

Jacob is an eighth grade student at Randolph-Macon Academy.

Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA), founded in 1892, is a college-preparatory, coeducational day and boarding school for students in grades 6 through 12. Students in grades 9-12 participate in R-MA's 91st Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) and have the option to participate in a unique flight program. R-MA is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and is located in Front Royal, VA.
