Jingwen Gong Receives Recognition of Excellence at Randolph-Macon Academy

Jingwen Gong of Beijing, a senior at Randolph-Macon Academy, received the Theatre Leadership Award on May 24, 2016, in Boggs Chapel. This is awarded to a student who has shown the greatest commitment and dedication to the theatre program at R-MA this year. Alice immediately became an integral part of the department, both on and off stage, and emerged as a leader for her fellow actors. Alice also won the Community Service Award for clocking the most community service hours among female students. She served a total of 118 hours of community service.

Alice is the daughter of Mr. Benkui Gong and Mrs. Shuyan Zhang of Beijing.
