Khadijat Rukkiyah Garuba Receives American Citizenship Award at Randolph-Macon Academy

Khadijat Rukkiyah Garuba of Lagos, a junior at Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA) during the 2016-17 school year, received the American Citizenship Award for exhibiting outstanding citizenship behavior, either in and around the community at R-MA or serving on the Student Council. The award was presented during the end-of-year ceremonies in May.

Rukky is the daughter of Sanni Garuba and Ify Garuba of Lagos, Nigeria.
