Rukkiyah Garuba Promoted in Air Force JROTC Program at Randolph-Macon Academy

Rukkiyah Garuba of Lagos, , has earned the rank of Airman First Class in the Air Force JROTC (Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps) program at Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal, VA. Rukky is the daughter of Sanni Garuba and Ifeyinwa Kachikwu of Lagos, Nigeria.
